ABOUT ACICAtal Community Innovation Centre (ACIC) has been conceptualized to bring to focus the unserved and underserved regions in India in terms of idea generation, promotion of innovations and innovators at grassroots level. ABOUT AUDISANKARAASCET was established in 2001 with the leadership of Dr. Vanki Penchalaiah. It has emerged as one of the leading engineering colleges in technical education in AP, approved by AICTE affiliated to JNTUA, Ananthapuramu and first college accredited by NBA & NAAC with ‘A’ Grade in Nellore (Dist) and it was reaccredited by NAAC with ‘A+’ grade in cycle-II. It was the first autonomous college in this region granted by UGC to its credit. The organization has good and consistent placement record with students placed in many Core and IT companies and a few to further their higher degrees. The departments are associated with professional bodies like IEEE, IETE and ISTE for faculty and students to augment their research activities. ASCET is excited to have the support of AIM to set up Atal Community Innovation Centre(ACIC) and it is also recognized by MSME Host Institute, MSME, Govt. of India. ABOUT ACIC-ASIICThe Atal Community Innovation Centre(ACIC)–Audisankara Innovation & Incubation Centre( ASIIC) is a Special Purpose Vehicle(SPV) registered as a Not for Profit Section-8 Company (as per the Govt. of India Companies Act 2013) supported by Atal Innovation Mission(AIM) NITI Aayog, Govt. of India. ACIC-ASIIC is focusing on identifying the community based problems and generating the ideas to solve the problems by providing requisite infrastructure for innovation in the unserved / underserved regions or having potential to build innovation ecosystems in various parts of the country. The ACIC-ASIIC provides the best incubation facilities to nurture the ideas, to make prototype equipment and to convert it into start-ups. The Incubator wish to integrate best of technologies for creating affordable and accessible solutions. Our key goal would be to take pre incubated start-ups from Audisankara Innovation & Incubation Centre (ASIIC) and others from across the region and the nation as well and give them support system for taking them to next stage. |
